Description:
Ten Ten Mass is a joint venture between RCP and the Carlyle Group. The project is a $76 million, 217,000 square foot luxury condominium and retail development at the corner of 11th Street and Massachusetts Avenue, NW in downtown Washington, DC (map). The 14-story project includes 163 luxury condominiums with three levels of underground parking and 8,750 square feet of ground floor retail. The site previously consisted of a seven-story, 35,000 square foot office building and an adjacent surface parking lot. The developers demolished the existing office building and commenced construction in August 2005. Units began delivering late spring 2007.
