Description:
Berwyn House is an apartment community in College Park, Maryland serving the University of Maryland's student population. RCP advised Dallas-based First Worthing with the acquisition of the existing 132-unit apartment community in Spring 2004. The existing surface parking lots will be redeveloped by First Worthing into 72 new luxury apartment units and a four-story parking garage to service the entire project. The existing eight-story building will be fully renovated to bring the 40-year old units up to today's luxury standards.
