Location:
Four city blocks located inside the beltway, less than a mile from the Greenbelt Metro Station with a direct path and link to the Station. The site is part of the larger Greenbelt Station master-planned community which, when complete, will contain over 1.2 million square feet of office space, 1.2 million square feet of retail, 300 hotel rooms, and over 2,200 residential units. There will be over 1,000 units, including townhouses, condominiums and apartments within a three block radius. It is envisioned that Greenbelt Station will be a premier destination point within Prince George's County and also a self-contained community where one can live, work, shop and play.
