Formed in 2003, RCP Development Company is a Washington, DC based firm focused on the development, redevelopment, and acquisition of institutional-grade multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use real estate in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Since its inception, RCP has amassed a pipeline with a total acquisition and development budget in excess of $300 million, partnering with world class organizations such as the Carlyle Group and Citigroup. The current portfolio includes high-rise and mid-rise projects consisting of retail, for-sale housing, and rental apartments.
